SUMMARY
Urgent Hiring IT Freshers for IT RECRUITER Position Work from Office Saltlake
Q ualification: Must be graduate in BCA/ B.Tech/ BSC (IT)/ MCA
*Location: Sec V, Saltlake. Kolkata
NOTE: This is not an IT Job. 
Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Upgrade your skills by working on end-to-end recruitment for the leading MNC companies.

  • Sourcing Candidates from various Job portals like Naukri /Monster/ Linkedin etc.

  • Screening the candidate's resumes and contacting relevant candidates.

  • Assess knowledge, Communication skills aptitude, and experience of the applicant.

  • Arranging interviews for selected candidates with the chosen company.

  • Excellent learning skills and maintaining good relationships with candidates.

Requirements
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Must be confident and Passionate
  • Should be good in MS Office, Chat GPT
 Benefits
