- Must have worked in an international market, preferably in the European or USA market
- Market Research: Analyzing global markets to identify opportunities for expansion.
- Client Acquisition: Developing strategies to attract and engage potential international clients or partners.
- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with international clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Strategic Planning: Creating and implementing business development plans to achieve growth targets.
- Collaboration: Working closely with marketing, sales, and other departments to align strategies and achieve goals.
- Reporting: Monitoring and reporting on business development activities and outcomes.
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the recruitment industry, preferably with a focus on international markets.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with job boards, Linked-in, and other recruitment platforms.
- Understanding of global hiring trends and cultural dynamics.
- Opportunity to join a leading recruitment firm
- 2nd and 4th Saturday off and Sunday off
- Work time :9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
