Account Manager (Bangalore)

• Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs
• Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
• Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
• Work with internal stakeholders to develop strategic plans and ensure KPIs are being met
• Develop a thorough understanding of our service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients

Job Responsibilities

• Take inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs.
• Stay on top of accounts, making sure they’re receiving services that are within their budget and meeting their needs
• Generate progress reports to give to clients and higher-ups within the organization
• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the internal team regularly
• Must from Staffing Background.

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 4-6years of professional experience in staffing industry.
• Must have experience in strong deadline oriented work.
• Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills

• Payroll must know end to end processing stages from attendance management to payout
• Compliance Minimum Wages, ESIC, PF, P.Tax, LWF, WCA, CLRA, GST
• Invoicing ensure the bills are raised on time and accurately
• Payment and Collection follow up and ensure that payments are received on time
• Client Management must have handled minimum 4 5 clients with an average headcount of 500 - 1500 employees
