Recruitment and selection:

• Handled the entire recruitment cycle
• Maintaining the Candidate database
• Executed the recruitment-screening, shortlisting, conducting preliminary

Telephonic interview, scheduling interviews, salary negotiations etc.,

• Accountable for sourcing CVs through references, jobportals.

Joining Formalities:

• Takingcare of documentation of the new joiners
• Verifying all submitted documents with originals ,processing idcards, opening for salary account, preparing

individual files of employee, handover joining letters, appointment letters etc.

Payroll Management:

• Handing payroll software, releasing pay slipspost salarydisbursement, handing queries of employees relatedtosalary.

Employee grievances:

• Solving queries of employees,maintaining grievance tracker, escalating to Senior
  management.

Time&Attendance:

• Daily check on the manual registers for attendance verification.

Statutory Compliance:

• Updating the employee and dependent details immediatethe joining.
• Generating monthly providentfund(PF) report of all the employees.
• Generating monthly ESI report of all the employees.
• Filing monthly contributions of provident fund and ESI
• Maintaining the payment records.
• Continuous check on the employee and payment details to make sure that the company is adhering to the

government policies.

• Filling ESIC monthly contributions.
• Monthly professional tax(PT) payment.
• Maintaining all statutory records on both hard and softcopies.

Exit Management:

• Maintaining tracker of resignedand absconded employees and reporting to senior management.
• Checking clearance from all departments, Calculation of final settlements.
• Preparing exit agreement,Hand over exit documents.
• Collecting the accessories and idcards from the employee.
• Making sure the employee goes through the exit interview.
• Issuing the relevant letters to the employee.
