Field Executive role opening in a leading Fintech company (Pune)

Hiring Fresher Graduate pass out for the position of field sales executive in a leading Gold finance company in Pune

Salary 12.7k per month inhand

After 6 months 17.5k inhand

Work Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities:

• Need to visit client location for Gold loans sales deal
• Communicating, pitching, making customers understand regarding Gold loans
• Checking Gold quality and handling documentation process and day to day operation
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Provide product training and demonstrations to customers.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

The applicant should have completed Graduation.

Local candidates are only eligible for this role

Upto 27 years of age.

Only Graduate Fresher candidates can apply

Fluency in local language

2 Wheeler & Driving Licence (If not already, need to get it sorted within first 2 months)

Need to visit client locations for sales and deal closure
