Job Description

SUMMARY

Experienced Field Sales Executive @Kolkata

Experience: 1+ Year of experience in sanitaryware sales with OEM/Distributor/E-commerce companies.

Location: Kolkata

Key Responsibilities:

1. Buyer Onboarding and Relationship Management:

Prospect, identify, and onboard new PVC pipe retailers/buyers to expand the customer base. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to effectively communicate the value proposition.

2. Achieving GMV Targets:

Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize billing from existing buyers and drive revenue growth. Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.

3. Market Research and Competitor Analysis:

Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape in the building materials sector.

4. Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of business development strategies.

Requirements

Minimum Qualification: Graduate
Minimum 1-year experience in sanitaryware sales with OEM/Distributor/E-commerce companies.
Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively engage with suppliers and buyers.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently, adapt to a fast-paced startup environment, and thrive in a target-driven atmosphere.
