Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier candidates.
- Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess technical skills.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Candidate Experience:
- Provide a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Communicate effectively with candidates, keeping them informed and engaged.
- Address candidate inquiries promptly and professionally.
