Job Description
- Sales Development : Generate leads through proactive outreach, networking, and leveraging existing contacts.

- 10+ years of experience with sales in the events/catering industry, and preferably an MBA.
- Industry Knowledge : Prior understanding of or experience with the catering and event management industry, with a strong network of industry contacts and relationships.
- Proven Sales Experience : Demonstrated success in sales, primarily in the events and catering industry, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Leadership and Collaboration : Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Customer-Centric Approach : Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers, understanding their needs and delivering solutions.
- Experience with Salesforce.com, Google suite of productivity applications (Gmail, Gcalendar, Sheets, Slides, Docs) and Slack.
