Network Architect

Job description as below:

Summary of the role:

To handle new projects, network implementations, network monitoring and manage network disasters in the [24]7 network infrastructure.

To plan, implement and maintain the network infrastructure of [24]7.ai and ensure consistent performance maximizing uptime.

Job functions:

• Management of present & new program implementation/disasters.
• Management of networks on the agreed SLA with the organization clients.
• Management of network bandwidth, security and connectivity issues.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage technical network solutions and framework of [24]7 network infrastructure.
• Perform network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common network problems.
• Upgrade network hardware and software components as required.
• Solution and designing of network infrastructure with knowledge in HLD and LLD
• Perform network planning, modeling, and analysis.
• Design, implement and manage security countermeasures when network vulnerabilities arise.
• Develop and deliver professional proposals and design documentation for new/old program ramp-up or ramp-down.
• Testing the performance of upgraded or newly installed systems for performance, scalability, and security.
• Manage technology vendors for network related queries/issues.

Qualification:

• Masters Degree or Bachelor degree in Engineering in any branch preferred Electronics/Telecommunication/C.S.

• Minimum 8 - 10 years experience in the related field.
• Management / Technical certifications would be an added advantage.

Preferred Skills:

• Detailed knowledge of WAN and LAN networking systems and software.
• Google Cloud Platform skills
• Provide L3 technical support
• Liaise with other IT teams to design solutions for new infrastructure implementations.
• Excellent analytical and design skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Cisco ASA, Palo Alto networks.
• Knowledge of SDWAN, ACI
• Networking and Security
