Network Design Manager - CAN/LIN (15-20 yrs)

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Network Design Manager to lead our team in developing and implementing cutting-edge automotive network architectures.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of automotive communication protocols, network design principles, and industry best practices.

This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and delivering high-quality results.

Your Tasks :

- Requirements Management : Create, manage, and validate requirements and customer features within PREEvision.

- Architecture Design : Develop logical architectures, perform variant management, and manage versions at different layers of the EE architecture.

- Communication Layer Development : Create communication layer packages to implement signals, PDUs, and protocol-level configurations for various protocols, including CAN, LIN, CAN FD, J1939, Automotive Ethernet, CAN TP, J1939 TP, and DoIP.

- Message Synthesis and Routing : Perform message synthesis and signal routing across different vehicle buses.

- Software Component Development : Create software components, compositions, port interfaces, and data types, leveraging library concepts for artifact management.

- Data Exchange : Import and export system/ECU extracts and requirements via Excel.

- PREEvision Customization : Develop metrics for PREEvision customization.

- Advanced Network Technologies : Expertise in Automotive Ethernet, DoIP, and TSN is essential.

- Workflow Development : Create and optimize workflows for communication design and diagnostics.

Your Qualifications :

Education : B.E/M.E in Electronics, Telecommunication Engineering.

Experience : 18+ years of relevant experience.

Software Proficiency :

- PREEvision (essential)

- AUTOSAR Davinci Configurator/Developer

- CANoe

- Configuration Management Tools (e.g. , DOORS, JIRA)

Key Skills and Competencies :

- Deep understanding of automotive network architectures and communication protocols.

- Proven experience in requirements management, architecture design, and software component development.
