Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Build monthly MIS & quarterly reports
- Take care of preliminary Onboarding formalities / checklist for a client & help with customer calls / demo
- Work with cross-functional team (technical as well as functional) and be engaged with clients on Product related query resolution
- Ensure data quality checks at periodic intervals
- Work with Product Consultants for Data analysis and rule reviews
- Take care of overall query management and incident management and reporting the same to client
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel , Doc , PPT
- Quick & agile Learner who will be inquisitive to learn Products quickly
Location: BKC, Mumbai
Shift: Day Shift
5 Days working
