Job Description
- Candidates should have minimum of 6 months of experience as a Quality Analyst in Inbound BPO.
- Should be willing to work in rotational Shifts.
- To identify training / coaching needs of the team members and provide the same to the Manager.
- Strong Expertise in feedback mechanism Coaching.
- Arranging calibration with the partner sites and run calibration
- Identifying Opportunity area for Improvement
- Candidate should be good in Microsoft Excel. Should know excel reporting, Building charts and graphs, pivot tables and vlookup.
