Role Definition A Quality Analyst is responsible for developing and executing testing strategies to ensure products and services meet established quality standards and deliver a highquality outcome.
Responsibility Deliverables 1 Estimate the job effort by reviewing the questionnaire. 2 Survey Testing. 3 Data Validation (As per requirement). 4 Client Handling
Tasks & Activities Firstly, the QA person needs to review the draft and determine how much effort will be required to test the survey link. Test the survey and note down the errors. Create a feedback file and share it with the programmer. Recheck the feedback points to ensure everything is running fine on the link. Perform overlay testing. Responsible for validating the data of complex studies. Responsible for tracking the emails and obtaining job updates from the client. Responsible for handling client queries as well as scripter queries and organizing them. Communicate with scripting team on daily basis to seek their challenges they met during the shift.
Skills Required Technical and Problem Solving skills. Effective Communication skills. Link QC and date check using Excel/SPSS.
Experience Required 1+ years of Survey Testing, Link QC and Data Check using Excel/SPSS. Good in Survey Scripting and Linc QC. Comfortable with rotational shifts and Work From office.
