Role & responsibilities

• Making Outbound calls to customers for Renewal services.
• Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently
• Achieving the process targets given by the Team leader
• Campaign Outbound.
• Should have good typing speed to create customers cases quickly/
• Should be a target-oriented individual
• Effective communication and customer handling skills are desired
• Candidate would require working in day Shifts 9.30am to 6.30pm
