Product Owner - Business Analysis (8-16 yrs)

Location: Chennai & Hyderabad.

Experience: 8-16 years.

Role Description:

Team member will support projects within the Wireless business segment digital initiatives leading the business analysis, caring for the user experience, and driving the digital adoption of the customer facing business portal.

Their responsibilities will include requirements analysis, backlog grooming, project management, track and report metrics, user acceptance testing, supporting production issues and fallouts, and communicating progress and status in stakeholder calls.

They will closely work with the UI/UX and development team members to deliver outcomes.

Business analysis, gathering requirements, writing user stories, and testing.

- Conduct user and market research.

- Lead campaigns for specific target user base.

- Review feedback and implement solutions.

- Establish detailed reporting and publish comprehensive scorecards.

- Facilitate and manage projects to help build functional capabilities.

- Manage UAT test cases.

- Communicate status updates and present progress to stakeholders.

Technical Skills:

- Self-starter with great analytical, qualitative and quantitative skills with the ability make well thought out decisions and ability to present ideas and complex information effectively to individuals or group.

- Experience in organizing and coordinating with stakeholders across several lines of business gathering information and requirements on projects.

- Ability to write user stories, working with design team and customers to define a best in class user experience, and incorporating needs of service and operations teams, legal and compliance.

- Support the writing and execution of test cases and coordinate UAT and pilot testing.

- Proven interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal with a strong background of organizational skills and attention to details.

- Ability to work in an deadline-driven environment and handle multiple priorities in an efficient manner.

- Experienced and well versed with all phases of the software development life cycle.

- Develop presentations using G Suite tools as required.

- Facilitate creative problem solving.

- Establish strong collaborative working relationships.

- Influence stakeholders to drive alignment and achieve results.

- Progress work forward independently, and with some supervision.

- Gather and synthesize user feedback in order to incorporate sentiments, recommendations and needs into a future proof user experience.

- Develop and implement quality assurance standards, processes and controls pertinent to a successful launch that will result in increased adoption, increased online transactions, and improvement in OSAT scores.
