Job Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze marketing data across multiple channels (e.g., digital, email, social media, paid ads, etc.) to measure campaign performance.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to marketing and leadership teams.
- Use advanced analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SQL, Excel, Python, etc.) to extract, clean, and analyze data.
Campaign Optimization:
- Provide recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness based on data insights.
- Work closely with marketing teams to test hypotheses, conduct A/B tests, and refine strategies.
Market Research and Trend Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify opportunities and threats.
- Track industry trends and customer behavior to guide long-term marketing strategies.
Strategic Decision Support:
- Translate complex data findings into clear and concise recommendations for marketing leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, and Finance) to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Forecasting and Budgeting:
- Develop models to forecast campaign results, customer lifetime value, and marketing ROI.
- Assist in budget allocation and ensure optimal spending across marketing channels.
Mentoring and Training:
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts or team members.
- Conduct training on analytics tools, reporting systems, and data-driven decision-making for the marketing team.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- A Master's degree is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing analytics or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful data analysis, campaign optimization, and strategic decision support.
