Job Description

We are looking to hire Ecommerce Key Account Managers to grow business of our existing clients. A Key Account Manager plays a vital role in maintaining and expanding relationships with important clients. They act as a liaison between the company and its key customers, ensuring client satisfaction and driving business growth. The KAM is responsible for understanding the clients' needs, developing account strategies, and coordinating cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 3Years Experience in Ecommerce is a must
  • Good communication skills is a must
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often required, and some roles may require a master's degree.
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of the industry, products, and services relevant to the clients.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients.

Ecommerce Key Account Manager Skills:

  • Ecommerce Knowledge of Working on Panels like Amazon, Flipkart
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Sales and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking.
  • Time management and organization.
  • Adaptability and resilience.

  • Industry and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.

Act as the main point of contact and advocate for clients within the company.

Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs, concerns, and goals.

Account Strategy Development:

Develop and implement account strategies to achieve client-specific goals and business objectives.

Collaborate with internal teams to align company resources with client needs.

Revenue Growth:

Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to key clients. Negotiate and close sales agreements to drive revenue growth.

Customer Satisfaction:

Ensure client satisfaction by delivering on promises and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

Gather feedback and use it to improve the client experience.

Data Analysis:

Analyze customer data, market trends, and competition to identify opportunities and threats.

Use data to make informed decisions and drive account growth.

Reporting:

Prepare regular reports on account performance, revenue, and client interactions for internal.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with sales, marketing, product development, and customer support teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
