Video Editor and Videographer, Social Media Videographer

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer to join our team. The Videographer will be responsible for capturing, editing, and producing high-quality video content for various projects, including promotional videos, advertisements and social media content. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a keen eye for detail, and the technical skills to bring ideas to life through video.

Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality video footage for various types of projects, including corporate videos, advertisements, and social media content.
• Set up and operate video equipment such as cameras, lighting, and sound equipment.
• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished video content using industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts, storyboards, and scripts.
• Ensure the final video output meets the required technical specifications and brand guidelines.
• Assist in the planning and execution of video shoots, including location scouting and coordinating talent.
• Maintain and manage video equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
• Stay updated on the latest video production trends, techniques, and software advancements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a videographer or in a similar role, with a portfolio of previous work.
• Proficiency with video production equipment, including cameras, lighting, and sound.
• knowledge of video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
• Excellent creative and technical skills, with a strong eye for composition, lighting, and sound.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to take direction from clients and team members.
• Familiarity with motion graphics or visual effects.
