Job Description
Program Facilitator cum Research Analyst role is ideal for someone passionate about emerging technologies, mentoring, and shaping the future of education. As part of our fast-growing start-up, youll have the opportunity to make a real difference by developing innovative programs, working on cutting-edge projects, and guiding students through experiential learning in Software, Data Science, and Artificial Intelligence.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate engaging sessions and deliver hands-on learning experiences to students aged 12 to 17.
- Guide students through curated programs in Python Programming, Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence (ML/CV/NLP/Gen AI), AR/VR, and more, fostering their technical skills and creativity.
- Build real-life innovative projects as a part of the program initiatives.
- Mentor students on personal and project development, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies through research and facilitate discussions on their potential impact.
- Coordinate logistical arrangements for student activities, such as tech events and guest speakers.
- Assess student progress and communicate effectively with parents.
- Contribute to curriculum development and improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Work in Pune (Wanowrie/Salunke Vihar area). This is a full-time, in-office position.
- Experience and/or willingness in hands-on teaching/mentoring, particularly in Python , Data Science , and.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Computer Science , Python , C , Data Science , and AI fundamentals.
- Experience in building projects using Python and DAI for different problem domains.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with both students and parents.
- Fluent in English and Hindi, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, creative, and passionate about shaping the future of education.
Qualifications:
- BE, BTech, BSc, MSc, BCA, MCA in Computers, Electronics, IT, or equivalent.
- Experience of up to 3 years in relevant areas.
