As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless project delivery, driving innovation, and managing client engagements effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Innovation:

• Adapt existing methods and procedures to develop innovative solutions for complex challenges, ensuring alignment with project and client needs.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of both functional and technical aspects of business operations to support strategic decision-making.

Client & Stakeholder Management:

• Serve as a trusted partner to clients, understanding their business processes and leading end-to-end project implementations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

Project Execution & Delivery:

• Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, including kickoff, planning, strategy, design, development, testing, and go-live support.
• Ensure project goals are met by managing the design, implementation, development, deployment, and documentation of all deliverables.
• Act as the primary reviewer for system change requests, drafting detailed specifications for proposed implementations.

Leadership & Risk Management:

• Lead teams or individual work efforts to drive successful project outcomes.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate risks and issues, escalating them when necessary.
• Provide expert guidance to clients and internal teams, enabling informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

Operational & Performance Management:

• Track project costs, ensuring alignment with budgets, and prepare accurate forecasts and necessary adjustments.
• Monitor project performance against key KPIs and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to document lessons learned and recommend process improvements.

Support & Issue Resolution:

• Address client and internal support requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
• Maintain clear communication with project managers and clients, providing regular status updates and managing expectations.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs for support requests, prioritizing and resolving issues within defined response and resolution times.
• Implement best practices for support management, including ticket tracking, escalation protocols, and root cause analysis.

Requirements:

Experience & Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in technology consulting and business analysis, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience managing complex projects involving multiple system integrations
• Strong client-facing experience, including managing high-stakes project communications.
• Preferred certifications: PMP, Agile/Scrum.

Project Management Tools Knowledge:

• Proficiency in project management software such as:
• JIRA (Agile project tracking & sprint planning)
• SmartSheet (Detailed project planning & scheduling)
• Confluence (Artifact Management and reporting)
• Ability to set up, customize, and manage project dashboards, reports, and tracking systems to ensure smooth project execution.
• Experience integrating project management tools with other business systems for improved efficiency.
