Interview Preparation Tips

Round: Test
Experience: There was no negative marking but I am not sure whether wrong answers were counted for elimination (though I feel they were not). The level of test was moderate
Duration: 60 minutes minutes
Total Questions: 60

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: There were 3 different panels (nos. might change). Allocation was done the basis of your performance in the test. I was ranked 3rd so I got a panel where I was first to enter. This gives you a lot of advantage if you absorb it effectively. The interview lasted for more than 1 hr 15 min. .

Round: HR Interview
Experience: The interview was about my interest, family background, likes, dislikes, higher education. He had all my answers written on back side of my resume.
Tips: Be firm and honest. Don’t try to match your answers with theirs. If you have higher education in plan have an alternative answer. Know you strengths. Know you weaknesses and what are you doing to overcome them. Know where you would see yourself 5 years down the line.

Round: HR Interview
Experience: It was already 5 pm when I was called in for the interview and I was very exhausted. This was again a test of my programming skills. The atmosphere was not tensed at all as the interviewer was pretty relaxed and comforting
