Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Totally waste of time. Gave my 1st round on video call and cleared it. For the 2nd round they called me to the office along with the assignment. After 2nd round, they told me that next round would be of salary discussion and the HR will get in touch with me and then no response. I kept calling for the feedback the phone was switched off and then I dropped an email to which they promptly replied that they won't be moving ahead with my candidature. I mean this could have conveyed from their end before me asking for it. Plus they gave me hope that there would be salary discussion round and then sudden rejection without mentioning any reason. Really disappointed.
