Vnr Seeds Sales Trainee Interview Questions and Answers for Freshers

There was a situation in which there are 2 friends, one friend is a macho cool boy who has a feminine audience while you are his friend. You and the macho boy seem to be very good friends. Once, you gave him money to clear his back papers. Now, your exam is near and you need your money back to be able to appear in the exams and return to ur friend to ask for your money back. He threatens you that his father is in a big shot position and shall leave no stone unturned to ensure that you never ask for money to his son again. You cannot go to bank, you cannot call your parents, you cannot lodge a police complaint, you cannot any physical harm....How would you get your money back from the guy?
Ideal Answer: Remember he is a macho boy, humiliate him infront of his female friends so that he is prompted to return your money bank (call him a thief, fraud, cheap, robber), He will have dine consequences of doesn't return your money.

4. Learn about Package of practice of one field crop (preferably paddy) and one vegetable of your own choice
5. Get understanding of PPCs in a basic manner (disease and pest management fundamentals should be known) (Plant Pathology + Entomology knowledge required a bit)
6. You will get a case study where you have to pitch an array of possible answers.
7. A calculation based on final price of seeds to farmer after firm, distributor and retailer margin was asked to me.
If you have all of this sorted then, you will at least get a sales Trainee role after UG and Management Trainee role after PG offered to you and will be promoted to Sales Executive and Territory Sales Manager respectively. After successfully completing 1 year in the aforementioned roles but being experienced may not require you to go through the trainee roles and you will be under probation for 6 months and then, will be offered the later roles.
