Never go with any startup company, first of all company will give you very good salary but better check number of projects company does have, second thing please check the hierarchy culture company does follow. I mean if the company is involved with another child company and which has all dependency, then you will be in trouble as all weight will be on your shoulder and child company will never loose their dependency. You will be then stuck with lots of technical issue which will not be supported by child company. Better to go with MNC, well organized company.
