One-on-one Round was more of introducing the expectations and role responsibilities, that how extensive those can be. Good clarity was given that as a trainer I would not be responsible only for training the pupils rather, I should be ready as and any cohort that would require me, also I was informed about data management and reports collation which I was supposed to do after training.
