Round: Group Discussion
Experience: Everyone started with for the topic and finally ended with against the topic. i.e., indelible ink marking is delaying the process of money transactions at bank and also creating difficulty for customers at bank

SAP Labs Interview Experience | On-Campus | SAP Basis Consultant
I participated in SAP Labs' 2025 placement drive at Pune Institute of Computer Technology (PICT) for the SAP Basis Consultant role. The process included three rounds: an aptitude + CS fundamentals test, a group discussion (GD), and a technical + HR interview. In the GD, I confidently initiated the discussion on "Being Famous vs Being Knowledgeable," supporting my points with examples. During the interview, I discussed my resume, internship experience with Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Prisma ORM, and machine learning models like Random Forest Regression. I also explained my problem-solving approach and adaptability to new technologies. I was one of the five students selected, and it was a great learning experience. XYZ is successful enterprise in diamond business catering to Europe market. The excavation and mining facility were located in South Africa and polishing facility was in North America. The enterprise was planning to expand by acquiring new mines in Africa. We had two options- acquire new warehouse in South American state or use existing warehouse (which may incur cost of renewal of license). Roles - Finance Manager, Sales Head, Operation Incharge etc.
