To create a new wall of a different thickness in Revit, use the Wall tool and adjust the properties.
Select the Wall tool from the Architecture tab.
Click to place the wall in the desired location.
Adjust the wall thickness in the Properties palette.
Alternatively, use the Modify tool to change the thickness of an existing wall.
Example: Select Wall tool, place wall, adjust thickness in Properties palette.
