Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Pl note that in 11 years more than twelve Directors have already left School of Management and Liberal Studies. Be very cautious. There is too much interference of Governing Body members in Northcap University.

You will be required to teach two courses, make presentation to GBs, conduct FDPs, fill your performance appraisal forms , guide faculty ( too many female staff). The faculty in name of flexibility keep on rescheduling classes. There is Dean Academics, Academic Advisor and HoDs. Dean /Director of SOMLS will merely act as HoD. Be careful with designation.
