Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Please go CHOWDHURY candidates because In this company environment they have good respect, job placement and growth in candidates future. So please avoid other cast candidates because In this company no value for other cast candidates. For example am a B. TECH MECHANICAL ENGINEERING graduate but they give me as a production chemist not giving engineering supervisor so please avoid other cast candidates as your family conditions. HR's telling 20k but they have changed canteen amount 1500 prasent but not provide good food. Finally 18500 and pf and Esi cutting 16500 gross salary for B. Tech candidates.
Chemical smell not comfortable and it's going to health issues so please candidates avoid this company. CAST is a major issue in this company. Timings HR's telling 8hr per day but in this company almost 10 hr duty per day.
