Experience: First ZBM of Telenor India, ask me that why I am changing my previous employer. I replied that I want a growth in my current CTC, then he asked me about my daily routine, how many channel partners I am handling, how much revenue generated by me, etc.

General Tips: Advice is that don't afraid in interview, give answers in simple, don't hide anything from your employer.
