Always remember what you have written in your resume and write what you know. They will ask you about teh confidence level(or rating) you have in that particular language that you mentioned based on which they will ask questions. You should prepare OOPs Concepts, basics of JAVA, DBMS, Operating System, C++(basics). They will ask you about the project you worked on. tip: read Job description, know the company, always try to articulate you phrase in such a way tha it wil show Team work, commitment and shows how it is going to help the company.
