When you are an experienced person, the interview questions will be based on team building, strategical, and your strengths and weaknesses. Daily management question shall not bother you. Also you need to go throught the organization process for which you are being interviewed so that you could give some insight of what new you can add to this organization. If you are on a technical round, subject knowledge must be hands-on.
