doesn't matter with interview.. 95% people clears the tata motors interview but main problem tata motors create with your background verification. tata motors don't see candidate skills, talent and experiences. Tata motors only see that your previous company verification if your previous company not giving verification proof to tata motors so tata motors ruin your career and won't hire you. it's a very bad policy of TATA Motors
