Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - As an HR professional what I understand is an Interview is a medium to sell yourself to an employer. As a Salesman need to know the Product well to sell in the market, The interviewee need to know himself as a professional , the technicalities of the profile and what the Employer expect from the prospect. Presentability, Integrity and Job knowledge are the key aspects an interviewer mostly try to assess.
I suggest the candidate to go through the job profile and company culture properly beforehand , feel confident and sit in the interview with proper eye contact, body language and proper gesture. Be modestly loud, clear and free of confusion. When in dillema during the session should not feel nervous and not to confuse the Interviewer at all. Unless the candidate is confident of himself how can he make others believe in him?
Be calm and composed, listen to the question properly, understand what the interviewer wants to listen and speak accordingly as it is his turn.
