I'm Ajith Kumar I finished my HSC in Gopalapuram boys higher secondary school and I finished my UG in The New College.Iam currently working in Barclays as Process advisor. I gave my answer as a detailed explanation of how I started my career in my last company as trainee, what I learned in that stage of menteeship. How I overcame the challenges I faced, considering I was fresh out of college. I then proceeded to say how I got into the role that my new recruitors had sought me out for. Once again the challenges faced and how I overcame them.
