I was interviewed in Sep 2022.

Round 1 - Group Discussion 

They called me to visit the company. They arranged a group discussion which was a normal meet up. they agreed to provide internship for developer. you will undergo learning for 3 months. and you will be placed in a particular project.

it's a paid internship.

Round 2 - One-on-one

How soon should I say I'm not joining the org.
I have offer from 3 orgs 1. Deloitte 2. Thoughtworks 3. TCS Decided to join Deloitte on March 05, which is the DoJ of other two as well. I wanted to know when is the right time to inform tcs and thoughtworks that I'm not joining their orgs, and what's the best reason to give? I wanted to have a backup offer if in worst case deloittes offer messes up.
