Round 2 - Group Discussion

A team of five interviewers connected through teleconference asking questions on various aspects of instrumentation & control system especially in areas of design, standardization, construction, commissioning and startup process. Questions on human management, problem solving skill and career projection/development were equally directed to me in an hour session. My response came in organized well structured cool & calm, confident and focused manner.
