    I was not expecting this kind of question but i replied very humbly
    Sir, I accept that I had been changed 4 jobs in 3 years of my career.
    As everyone wants 2 things in their profession, first one career growth and second is job sanctification. I was happy with job responsibilities but I could not see any career growth over there because I was on contract basis, as it is in fashion aggressively.
