My interview was held all of the sudden one day prior to the scheduled day. So better get your files ready two days before and be ready with your preparation as well.
All of the sudden i got a call and was intimated that am late for the interview i started panicking at the first then i calmed me down and realized the situation and somehow consoled them that am not aware of interview date been preponded.
That is when I decided to face whatever happens and soon i was ready and being fortunate i could reach the venue within an hour and i cracked the interview...

General Tips: Hey Friends
Tha most important thing which one requires is the belief in self. This interview was for the Post of Personality Development Trainer and Assistant Professor English. The panel wanted to ensure that how well versed is the candidate in her Subject’s knowledge and Soft skills. They asked few questions from Business Communication too.
I had a seven minutes presentation in which they told me that I will not be given any board to write and no projector for PPT . Even there was a time constraint of five minutes in which I had to display skills and knowledge through and through.
Be strong and firm in conveying your thoughts. Be prompt and to the point in answering the questions. Read your CV thoroughly and you should be able to connect with it always.
