Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - 1. If your tamilian your selected for sure. 2. Others have to prepare and appear for interview. Since HOD and Associate Managers are favour to Tamilian.
3. HOD and Associate Manager(Clinical QA) provide reference to their chosen one hence interview for their people is just formality.
Note:At least you should do your education in tamilnadu than HOD and Associate Manager (clinical QA) will see the resume and they will shortlist.
4. For other they will take lot of time and some time your not shorlisted. since there will be protest with in the organisation in selecting Tamil people, just to show off they will take other resume and shortlist them but however those people can't stay for atleast year in the organisation. Since HOD joined to till date there is attrition rate is 80 to 90% this shows how partiality he is and how much he will torture other region people.
5. For bioanalytical QA every person have to prepare thoroughly because Manager is not partiality person he will be asking good questions from bioanalytical method validation.
6. HOD itself give reference to his chosen and brought all of them but unfortunately Manager resigned but no problem he will bring other in higher designated post.
Note: All higher designate post belongs to Tamilian. I don't know why it is like that. I think they won't find talented people from other regions.
