1)my first job at morning floor walk at morning.and opition Wise i will check if any stock low i will inform reload the stock all on floor. I will check sighages if offer changes inform offer changes.

2)10 o clock all morning shift staff came to came to I will form which opition and reload ,Dusting the all department.

3) Before 10:30 I will finish my all back office work (Cash deposit ,Float ready for cashier ,till allotment , all zonal mail and stock requirement mails, store all mails And Check list Will close on 10:30)

4)10: 30 I wil take briefing all morning shift staff (dis points in briefing : Store target , Achievement ,grooming starnds ,Any new offer we will explain , insgina members card ,single bills control ,non sale able merchindse ,How to sale explain and relative Staff service ,Previous day any customers issues and all type of store we will discuss daily..in briefing ,we will give daily wise and achievement and next day we will ask to what sale if regrowth in sale reason )

5)Daily wise we will count GC and High value Brands . every Monday we are all brands..

6)total I m handling present 46 members we will plan luch break and tea break we will share in Group..

7)if any stock inward or outward same day will close in TAT.

8)Every Monday we Are Doing Plan gram At store As Per starnds.

9)what is KPi We will explain Daily Wise..

10)At store closing we check all floor and Inform set proper way before closing we check floor if floor all send to staff , All cash tally we do tally and keep in safe Close the store Exit in-store.
