I am willing to sign a contract or agreement to demonstrate my commitment to the organization

Your question is very valid. But no commitment wise i am very sound, focused and very task oriented. Of course i am just starting me career and i will always be on the lookout for something better. If an organization offers me a better offer than here then i will jump ships. So retaining me is as much more of a work of efforts on your end then it is on mine. I will give my all, my potential is ready to be used in its entirety, howsoever you can use it.
