Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - You have to clear 4 rounds for the Customer service Associate job in Redisolve

1st round is your basic HR round with "Tell me about yourself" and some other questions relating to your qualification and your system requirement as it is a Work from Home job. This will be a video call via zoom.

2nd round is a online test. There are 3 test which will check your typing speed, your basic math skills and date calculation test (this is due to the job process is an eCommerce process)

3rd round will be like a technical and they will check your PC/ Laptop specification while you are in Video call via Zoom. They will also check your internet speed. Preferably more than 5mbps is enough.

4th round will be your final round with the operation manager. They will discuss your salary and other formalities in this round. If you reach here means you are almost hired.

Post this you will be given two to three weeks training via zoom and then you will be transferred to live production.
