Eating habit itself nature .while we eating means our brain , heart , and our parts of the body itself will have great energy that's only we are eating food. Nowadays coming food is not nature. They all unhealthy only having. That's only we all eat compulsoryly eat seeds, nuts, Fruits. In this we can cook snacks, cake etc... spicy Also we can cook and eat. We eat bakery items all weekly once we will eat it. That is health of our life. We can do this and follow it.
