My job responsibility:-

Receiving of materials as per Vendor’s PO.

Preparing of MRN / GRN, Inward, Outward, Stock Statement.

Responsible for all store activities.

To stock the materials received from vendors properly as to ensure easy access identification, verification, handling, maintenance etc.

To take action for disposal of scraps materials as per the procedure.

Maintaining of daily issue and receive reports, invoicing and security details.

Periodical stock verification and ensure correctness of stock at all times

Maintain stock and consumption records.

Make clear notes on the receipt of the items against each invoice; Preparation of 'Good Receipt Note' (GRN) on daily basis for all Direct and Indirect material received and circulating the copy of information to Purchase department and Finance department concerned

Preparation of weekly, monthly plans as per material @ reorder levels of stocks available at store with prescribed by Planning Dept..

Allotting work to Labours and following up.

Participate with internal and external audit ensuring stock accuracy..
