Interview Preparation Tips

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: All the above questions were asked in full throttle right after another for approx 1 hour. Interviewer were well informed and were getting inside the skin of the candidate as far as sound knowledge was concerned. As such core technical wasn't examined but management skills were thoroughly analysed as per your CV. Their aptitude test wasn't an easy but to crack and some questions were so good that interviewer asked the same across the table to find out the logic of the candidate. Half an hour interview went on some stress basis as questions were easy but tricky (p.s. you won't expect a pythogoras theorem proving or an area of a circle proving to pop up).
Next gear of interview shifted to business analytics where basics of business e.g. profit maximization , price marking , resource allocation according to location and seasons were interviewed. Many situation based case studies were asked so as to test your management skills.
Last few mins were for your preference and ease of working.
Tips: Be genuine and generous.
Be positive.
Tackle every question properly.
Don't get demoralised in between the interview if you can't solve a question.
Be confident with a smile.

Round: HR Interview
Experience: This was a Skype round. It went for 45 mins approx. Believe me it was the hardest part as puzzles were very complex. But the best part is they watch out for your generalised approach towards solving your puzzles. Rest business analytics part was bit complex this time.
Tips: Be prepared.
Be composed.
Don't lose hope.
Don't make puppy face or demoralised body structure.
Solve puzzles and explain your approach even if it doesn't gets solved.
