Actually I tell you truth of the company related with HR & Senior Management on behalf of this I am working as branch operation manager since 2015 from DHFL to Piramal . I really worked hard in operation department but i released every year i did not receive any increments or promotion from 2015 from my senior management to till date .I feel that i work for the company but when KRA & number of benefits are actually decided by senior management on those employees they are actually close to them instead off branch works . I advise those people who are joining here please this company when your package in current 10 lacs or above with reason if you work here you will lower rating but your current hike look like will be good
