This was a little more intense technical round, where the senior most member of the team with 14-16 years of experience in the technology took interview although he was very calm but he went with asking about the architecture level details like where the SSL offloading takes place, what are intranet, DMZ and internet zones, How connectivity was established. How load balancing works, difference between mod proxy and proxy pass. How session stickiness is established. In AWS he gave a scenario and asked what all components will be required and how to interconnect them, here he was expecting I would go with vpc peering but instead I explained transit gateways and it's benifits which gave me bonus points.
