Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Generally. The candidates mistake interview as interrogation. This mindset brings an added pressure to the candidate. Folks! Interview is just a conversation, where the interviewer is evaluating your candidature. He is not going to put you behind the bars, not gonna beat you.
My tips for interview :
Be natural.
Do not show off. If you do not know anything be truthful and say I am sorry, I do not have my expertize in this however I definitely will go through it and learn.
Use basic english words. Do not try to show off your advanced vocabulary.
Never criticize your last organization.
Study well before the interview.
Keep on smiling at the interview frequently. But do not act like an idiot by continuously smiling.
Maintain the eye contact.
Dress well.
Be energetic, it must be reflected from your aura that you are loving this conversation.
Make sure that your answers are not just yes and no. Try to elaborate them with your past experience and examples.

Most importantly - Try to be at the driver's seat. Maneuver the interview in such a way so that the interviewer asks the questions which you like to respond. For example - I was asked about my past experience and I made sure that I mention some funny incidents of my last tenure. So the next questions were related to those incidents only. Make sure to keep the interview as humourous as possible.
