I did my internship from both Courtyard by Marriott hotel Surat in front office department, food and beverages department and housekeeping department each for 1 month and Surat Marriott hotel in front office department, Food and beverage department and Accounts department for 1 month each . In internship I learned to do good behaviour with guests while check-in, check-out through opera software and telephone call handling in front office department from both Courtyard by Marriott hotel Surat and Surat Marriott hotel which fits well on me

I learned my internship in housekeeping department proper room making bed making all supplies amenities done with proper placement and bathroom making vanity counter shower cubicle WC area etc bathroom supplies amenities proper placement and type towel use bath towel hand towel face towel bathrobe bath rug bathmat etc. I learned type of uses chemical in making the room, i learned type of uses of chemical in laundry for bed linen, towel, guest clothes dress etc. there various types of iron machine i know what uses of in laundry machine and that brand name etc. Inventory setup etc.

I learned how to talk to guest, how to handle guest complaint etc
